 Skinny Breakfast Sausage

What you need:

-1lb. lean ground chicken, turkey, or venison

-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

-1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

-1 teaspoon dried sage

-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)

-sea salt to taste

How to:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make sausage patties to desired size and thickness. (usually about 8 patties) Uncooked pattied can be frozen up to one month. Add patties to large nonstick skillet and cook on medium high heat until brown on both sides and cooked through. 

Makes 8 patties. Each sausage patty using 93% lean turkey = 85 calories & 10g protein.
