Creamy Tomato Soup

What you need:

-28oz. can crushed tomatos with basil

-1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

-2 cups chicken or vegetable stock

-garlic salt and pepper to taste

How to:

Stir all ingredients together and heat in microwave or on stovetop until hot. Add more or less stock if needed for desired thickness. Enjoy garnished with parmesan cheese and chopped chives or scallions. 

*Add hot sauce and substitute Braggs Liquid Aminos instead of salt for a more depth flavor.
