Fish in Foil

 

What you need:

-3 oz. fish fillet (perch, cod, walleye, haddock, or 6 shrimp)
-juice of one lemon
-salt
-pepper
-paprika
-seasonings/herbs of choice
-vegetables: onion, zucchini, bell pepper, asparagus, etc.

 

Place fish of choice in the center of a piece of foil. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, seasonings, and veggies. Place another piece of foil on top and crimp the edges to form a pocket. Then cook on the grill or bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
