Pizza Chicken

What you need:

-1 boneless Chicken breast

-salt & pepper

-Garlic powder

-Italian seasoning (to taste)

-2 fresh Mushrooms, sliced

-1 tbsp. Pizza sauce

-3 Bell pepper rings

-2 tbsp. light Mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to:

Flatten the chicken breast slighty, if necessary, to make it an even thickness all over. Place chicken on foil-lined paking sheet, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Spread pizza sauce over the top of the chicken, then top with veggies. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then top with cheese and additional Italian seasoning if desired. Bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and the chicken is done.
