Spicy Citrus Cilantro Chicken

 

 

We know living a busy life makes it hard to eat healthy, but this slow-cooker chicken is a delicious game changer!

What you need:

-1 16 ounce jar medium-heat salsa of choice
-1 lime, juiced
-1/3 cup chopped cilantro
-1 tbsp. chili powder
-1/2 tsp. cumin
-1/4 tsp. sm
oked paprika

-3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast

Directions:

Shred and add chicken to the slow cooker, then cover with salsa, lime juice, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika and stir to combine. Cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is tender. Serve plain, in a lettuce wrap, or atop a salad as desired.
