Very Berry Smoothie

 

Need a quick and easy breakfast? This Very Berry Smoothie is perfect for a busy morning.

What you need:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
1 scoop protein power or 1/2 nonfat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen berries (raspberries/blueberries/strawberries)
Splenda or a no calorie sweetener for taste
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)

Add all of the ingredients into to the blender and process until smooth.
