Step 1: Mix together;

-1/2 cup parmesan cheese

-1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

-1 tbsp. garlic powder

-1 1/2 tsp. season salt

-1/2 tsp. black pepper

Step 2: Spread mixture over skinless chicken breast. (covers about 6 breast)

Step 3: Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

1 chicken breast = 173 calories and 2.5g carbs.
