Two Ingredient Pasta Bowl

 

Need a quick and tasty recipe for supper? Try this two ingredient pasta bowl. It will not disappoint!


What you need: 
-2 cups zucchini spaghetti
-1/2 tomato sauce
-Parmesan cheese

How to:
Combine 2 cups of zucchini spaghetti noodles with 1/2 cup of your favorite tomato sauce in a saute pan and cook until zucchini is tender or place in microwave to cook. Toss with 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese. 

Add roasted veggies and lean ground turkey/chicken/beef for additional flavor. Also, a little pumpkin puree adds a rich creaminess and fiber.
