Chia Breakfast Pudding

 

 

What you need:

-6 oz. plain non-fat Greek yogurt

-1 tbsp. chia seeds

-1/2 tsp. Truvia (or Splenda to taste)

-splash of vanilla extract

-1 tbsp. Walden Farms Caramel Dip

-1/2 cup coconut flavored water-La Croix

How to:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill for 1 hour or overnight to thicken. Adjust water/liquid as needed for desired consistency. Experiement with different flavors and adding fruit. Try adding 1-2 tbsp. pumpkin puree with a few dashes of cinnamon or substitute the Walden Farms caramel dip with their chocolate dip.
