What Is THRIVE?
THRIVE is a 6 month lifestyle program for people who have recently completed one of our weight loss programs, BURN or SHAPE, reached their ideal body weight and are looking for support maintaining their results.
Is THRIVE for Me?

- Have you recently completed one of our weight loss programs?
- Have you reached your ideal body weight?
- Can you attend meetings every other week?
- Are you willing and able to increase your activity level and change your lifestyle habits?
If you answered yes then you’re in the right place!
This program is not for women who are pregnant or nursing, for people who are currently in treatment for cancer, for people with a history of heart disease, or for those who currently have irregular blood pressure.
ADAPT is not a weight loss program. If you’d like to lose weight, we recommend starting with either BURN or SHAPE!
What if I Haven’t Reached My Ideal Body Weight Yet, Where Do I Start?
We recommend starting with either our BURN program or our SHAPE program!
How Does it Work?
So you completed one of our weight loss programs and reached your ideal body weight. Woohoo!
Now it’s time to hold on to those results long enough to tell your body that this is the new normal.
During THRIVE you’ll begin reintroducing calories until you reach your maintenance level calorie intake with the goal of maintaining your body weight.
You’ll meet one-on-one with our certified nutritionist once per month to assess your progress, receive B12 energy injections (optional), and learn how to carry your weight loss success forward. For example, how to eat healthy when life gets busy, find a type of exercise you enjoy, how sleep and stress affect your weight, and more!
Do I Stay On Appetite Suppressants During THRIVE?
During THRIVE we encourage you to come off the appetite suppressant. However, the final decision is up to you. Appetite Suppressants will still be available to you should you need them to maintain your results for the first 6 months.
Is THRIVE Safe?
Yes, THRIVE is safe. It was designed by and is overseen by our medical team. You’ll be in good hands.
How Much Does THRIVE Cost?
THRIVE is $89 per month. And for every referral, you get 1 month of THRIVE completely FREE!
What Comes After THRIVE?
If you find that monthly meetings and accountability help you, then you’re welcome to continue with THRIVE! Otherwise, you’re off to a lifetime of success.
